Gaetano (Guy) Esposito
Gaetano (Guy) Esposito received his college education from Valencia College. He was employed by Matthews International from 2004 through 2015 working in service, supplies, and new equipment sales. During that time, Gaetano had been a zealous advocate for the recycling of post-cremated metallic remains for its environmental benefits and was instrumental in the support and development of Implant Recycling LLC Green Rewards program. His experience and expertise will benefit Implant Recycling clients not only in the area of recycling, but in helping assist, support, and improve our customers crematory operations. Guy currently resides in the Orlando, Florida area with his wife and children.
Janelle obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Walsh College of Business and Accountancy in Troy, MI. She has been a certified crematory operator since 2016. Outside of work, Janelle is a peer mentor for other widowed military spouses through the Tragedy Assistance Program for Military Survivors (TAPS) and mom to her young son.
Production and Warehouse Manager
Aaron Naegeli comes to Implant Recycling with 5 years of project management experience and 14 years of design and engineering experience. Implant Recycling is benefitting from his immense knowledge and vast skillset in building and machinery construction. Aaron plays an active role in Implant Recycling’s goals of product development and recycling implementation.
Chief Operating Officer
Mona Asni received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration in Troy, MI. Her extensive work experience includes 14 years of office management and 11 years of public accounting. She brings to Implant Recycling her expertise in accounting, tax, human resources administration, and extensive knowledge of QuickBooks software. Mona teaches accounting courses as an adjunct faculty member at Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration, an accredited university located in Troy, Michigan. As a six-year faculty member, she takes pride in teaching accounting concepts and mentoring students in the bachelor’s and master’s degree programs. Mona is married and has three children. As an avid recycler at home, she insists her family utilize the 35-gallon recycle bin supplied by the municipal waste company.
Chris received his education from Lee University. He has worked as a licensed electrician for 15 years. Chris was previously a Service Technician for Matthews Environmental Solutions for 5 years. Chris loves to talk and has been a bass player for 30 years.
James comes to Implant Recycling with a vast knowledge of the cremation profession. He is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and plans to obtain his funeral director's license to be of further assistance to Implant Recycling's customers. James has been a certified crematory operator for many years.
Brad received his bachelors degree from Arizona State University, Masters of Science degree from University of Detroit Mercy, post masters curriculum from Walsh School of Business, and doctoral studies from Illinois School of Professional Psychology. He owns and operates specialty metal recycling operations throughout the United States and Mexico. He is a fourth generation metal recycler.
Director of Marketing
Ken Allen received his bachelors of business administration from Northwood University. He is also a fourth generation metal recycler. Ken was in charge of purchasing of non-ferrous and ferrous metals at his family's metal processing facility Sam Allen and Son Inc. of Pontiac, MI.
Shelly received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and her Juris Doctor Degree from Nova Southeastern University, where she received the Outstanding labor and Employment Law School Student award from the Florida Bar Association. She is a barred attorney in Florida and Michigan and has over 13 years experience in business, labor and mortuary law.
